Reaching out for the first time is one of the hardest steps, so we try to make it super easy. You can connect with a therapist by phone, text, email or form below. Most of the time, we aren’t able to answer the phone. So, we’ll get back to you within a day. From there, we’ll schedule you for a complimentary chat.

I’ll call you or we can meet online through Zoom. We’ll have our 20 minute chat where we’ll briefly go over what is going on in your life. I’ll ask some questions, you can ask questions too! If you decide you want to work with Stephanie, we’ll schedule your first therapy session.

First Session
Ah! The first session! This is really a get to know each other session and for your online therapist (Stephanie) to get to know you better. We’ll start talking about how life can look differently. Nothing is written in stone and our therapy appointments are completely flexible to what you need.
