You're not failing at motherhood. You're surviving it – barely.

And that's exactly why I'm here.

Online therapy for postpartum anxiety, pregnancy and fertility struggles, and the messy middle of motherhood

Serving clients across California via telehealth

What I Do

Motherhood flips everything upside down—even when you planned for it, fought for it, or thought you were totally ready. Therapy with me is where you get honest about what’s not working, untangle the mental load, and start feeling more like yourself again.

I’m here to help you process what’s heavy, work through what’s not clicking, and figure out what kind of life actually fits the version of you that’s showing up now.

Who I Work With

I work with smart, capable women who are holding it together on the outside while quietly unraveling on the inside. You're in the thick of it—trying to get pregnant, adjusting to life after birth, navigating loss, or managing a toddler and a career while your nervous system runs on fumes.

Your partner’s trying. Your friends mean well. But no one quite gets it.

That’s where I come in.

Areas of Support

If it happens somewhere being trying and mothering, I probably work with it.

Meet Stephanie

I’m a licensed therapist and a mom of two, which means I don’t just understand this stuff—I’ve lived it. I bring clinical expertise, lived experience, and zero judgment to every session. Therapy with me is real, rooted, and always focused on what helps.

I’m not going to ask you how you feel and then nod for 50 minutes. I’m going to show up with curiosity, clinical tools, and the kind of honest feedback that helps you actually move forward. The work is tailored, collaborative, and sometimes surprisingly fun.

How to Get Started

1. Start with a Consult

We’ll hop on a free 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, share how I work, and answer any questions you have.

2. Get Set Up

If we decide to move forward, I’ll send over everything you need to get started. Paperwork is handled online through a secure portal, and we’ll schedule your first full session right away.

3. Show Up

We’ll meet virtually—just you, me, and whatever’s going on that week. I’ll bring tools, compassion, and a clear plan. You don’t need to prep, fix anything first, or pretend to be okay. We’ll take it from there.

Healing doesn’t have to wait.

Online Course

Beyond Baby Blues

Expecting? Congratulations. But let’s be frank—planning for diapers and sleep schedules often doesn’t prepare you for what’s happening in your brain. Beyond Baby Blues is a free masterclass that walks you through what postpartum depression actually is, how to spot the warning signs early, and what to do before you’re caught in the emotional storm.

This class offers clear, real talk about red flags, risk-reduction tools, and how to build mental preparedness before baby arrives. Whether this is your first or your third baby, you’ll leave with a plan and the kind of confidence that doesn’t depend on just gritting your way through it.
